She had her sights set on sailing around the world once more, and has been a part of The Famous Project CIC since September 2024.
Molly - who holds dual American and Italian citizenship - grew up in Maine (USA) sailing on small boats before she started working on, delivering, and racing larger classic schooners and superyachts internationally.
She started working on Maiden in 2022, and did several long laps of the Atlantic before racing in the Ocean Globe Race in 2023-24 as rigger and watch leader. The crew of Maiden won the race IRC, and became the first all-female crewed and first British flagged, fully-crewed vessel to win a sailing race around the world.
After the race, Molly worked as a rigger in the UK. She gained experience pulling and stepping masts, tuning rigs, splicing, and providing rig inspections for modern and classic yachts.
